Je m’appelle Moumouni Daouda Idé, âgé de 24 ans. Je suis étudiant en troisième année au département de géographie à l’Université de Niamey au Niger, et Président du Club des Etudiants en Géographie. Je suis originaire du département d’Ouallam, région de Tillabéry. Je parle français et zarma et un peu haoussa et anglais. Je consacre mon temps libre à la lecture, au sport et regarder la télévision.

Je fais partie du projet Mapping for Niger – Cartographions pour le Niger. L’utilité de cette formation est qu’il me permettra de parfaire ma formation de géographe plus spécifiquement en cartographie avec le maniement des outils utilisés dans cette branche de la géographie et d’avoir un accès facile aux réseaux sociaux pour communiquer avec le reste du monde. Mon vœu est de partager les connaissances acquises lors de cette formation avec mes camarades qui n’ont pas eu la chance d’y participer.

My name is Moumouni Daouda Ide. I’m 24 years old. I in my third year of studying Geography at the Abdou Moumouni University of Niamey, Niger. I’m also the President of the University Geography Club. I am from Ouallam, in the region of Tillabéri. I speak French and Zarma, and a little bit in Hausa and English. I spend my free time reading, doing sports and watching TV.

I am also taking part in the Mapping for Niger project, which will allow me to complete my training as a geographer with getting to know different mapping tools and have easy access to social networks to communicate with the rest of world. My wish is to share the knowledge gained during the training with my friends who have not had the chance to participate.
